    Cons:  bad product - keeps cracking, terrible customer service

    "We bought this hob from Wickes when we bought our new kitchen. It has cracked 3 times since we have had it. The first two times it was replaced by the AEG aftercare people. The third time it cracked, they decided that they didn't want to replace it. We got in touch with AEG directly who sent an engineer to look at it and advised us that the cut-out for the hob wasn't the right size. That was a month ago and we have still heard NOTHING from AEG. I have a young family and trying to cater for them without a hob has been a nightmare. We have not had a working hob for two months this time - and the hob was out of action for another 6 weeks whilst it was being repaired the first two times. We thought that buying a top of the range AEG product would be a good idea - we were badly mistaken. This is a very disappointing product and AEG aftercare is very poor."

Where and when can Wickes deliver items?

Our ‘Supplier Delivered’ products come direct from the supplier and will take Up to 28 days to be delivered.

All products are delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address.

Supplier Delivered products can be delivered to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses. We are unable to deliver to other remote and offshore locations. Please refer to our Postcode Matrix to check whether we can deliver to your area.

Saturday delivery is not available.

Returns & Refunds 

If you want to return your Wickes product for an exchange or refund, you can do so at any time up to 30 days after receiving it. 

Faulty or damaged products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including made-to-measure items) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund (including delivery charges), as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

You can arrange for the product to be collected, by ourselves or nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase.

Products not required

You can return Wickes products you do not require for a refund.

If you cancel your order within 7 days following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund including delivery charges.

If you advise us of your proposed return within 30 days (but more than 7 days) following the date of delivery we will give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.

Made-to-measure products

Made-to-measure products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.
