    Value For Money

    Pros:  attractive & easy to fit
    Cons:  rather flimsy transformer

    "The previous review is misleading. The lamps can easily be wird from the rear. I fixed a piece of 16 x 25 mm minitrunking under my cupboards and butted the lamps up to this; it easily holds all cables and connectors"

    "I bought these lights to fit under my wall mounted kitchen cabinets. My selection of these lights was influenced by them being used in that position in some of the kitchen displays in the \Wickes store. However, on getting them home I discovered that fitment requires the drilling of a 16mm hole in the base of the wall cabinet in order to accomodate the relatively large wiring connectors associated with the product. There is no facility for otherwise leading the wiring out of the light so that, for example, the wiring could be led under the cabinets instead of "through" them via a series of 16mm holes and "lumpy" connectors."

Where and when can Wickes deliver items?

Our 'standard' products are available for next-day delivery (depending on your location and when you place your order).

Wickes delivers 'standard' (non-Big & Bulky) products to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, and to The Isle of Wight. We are unable to deliver to other remote and offshore locations.

Please refer to our Postcode Matrix to check whether we can deliver to your area, and if next-day delivery is available.

All products are delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address.

Where our next-day delivery service is available, it applies to 'standard' products that are ordered Monday – Thursday before 6pm.

For orders placed on a Friday before 6pm, we will try to deliver 'standard' products the following Monday.

For orders placed between 6pm on a Friday and 6pm on a Sunday, we will try to deliver 'standard' products the following Tuesday.

Next Day AM delivery is available for only £5 extra

Saturday delivery is available for only £5 extra.

Returns & Refunds 

If you want to return your Wickes product for an exchange or refund, you can do so at any time up to 30 days after receiving it. 

Faulty or damaged products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including made-to-measure items) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund (including delivery charges), as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

You can arrange for the product to be collected, by ourselves or nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase.

Products not required

You can return Wickes products you do not require for a refund.

If you cancel your order within 7 days following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund including delivery charges.

If you advise us of your proposed return within 30 days (but more than 7 days) following the date of delivery we will give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.

Made-to-measure products

Made-to-measure products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.
