    Cons:  undersize, sags, falls apart

"I bought this to insulate between rafters (400mm spacing) in my loft. First, the slabs are less than 1200mm long (by about 10mm) so it would be impossible to cut equally into 3 lengths. Secondly, the product does not stay in place by friction fitting. It sags in the middle so, even if you get the width right when you are cutting, it will not stay in place. I tried cutting oversize (by 10mm) and this was just as bad. Thirdly, even if it were useable there are no markings on the outside of the packaging to show where to cut it - you have to do this with a tape measure and sharp knife. It cuts easily enough but what's the point in that if it does not stay in place? It is, as others have noted, very fragile to handle and leaves bits of fibre wool whenever you put it down. The only way this could be used is to hold it in place with a liner stapled to the rafters. I don't think I'll be buying anymore."

"I am a complete rubbish DIY but I used this in a dry walled frame that I made myself to divide a double garage into a workshop and parking i used a knife like a steak knife cut it slowly and it was so easy you will need gloves mask and overalls as it does dust a bit but I cut shapes and it is easy to use"
