    Pros:  looks, little suction cup for bulb fitting
    Cons:  low quality fittings, less than ideal design

    "While its polished looks are nice the quality of the product is lacking, it is cheap for a reason. Two of the choc block screws just span uselessly so I had to replace the choc block. Seemingly as a cost cutting exercise the units earth is a tang that the choc block attaches to, this makes fitting difficult if you don't have long wire coming from the ceiling. It does come with a little suction cup for fitting and removing GU10 bulbs though... so silver linings....."

    "Good quality, good price. You most likely will need a spare bit of cable from the existing rose to the spotlight and for the earth cable. I just used the existing piece from the light I took down. A good light."

Where and when can Wickes deliver items?

Our 'standard' products are available for next-day delivery (depending on your location and when you place your order).

Wickes delivers 'standard' (non-Big & Bulky) products to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, and to The Isle of Wight. We are unable to deliver to other remote and offshore locations.

Please refer to our Postcode Matrix to check whether we can deliver to your area, and if next-day delivery is available.

All products are delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address.

Where our next-day delivery service is available, it applies to 'standard' products that are ordered Monday – Thursday before 6pm.

For orders placed on a Friday before 6pm, we will try to deliver 'standard' products the following Monday.

For orders placed between 6pm on a Friday and 6pm on a Sunday, we will try to deliver 'standard' products the following Tuesday.

Next Day AM delivery is available for only £5 extra

Saturday delivery is available for only £5 extra.

Products Which Are Not Required

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that we may be unable to accept the return of made-to-measure products unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Cancellation Rights

You can cancel any online order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. You can arrange for the product to be collected, by us or our nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store for free, with proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
