Where and when can Wickes deliver items?

This ‘Big & Bulky’ product is available for next-day delivery if your delivery address is within a 10-mile radius of a Wickes store. This can be checked online using our Postcode Charges Checker or by calling 0330 123 4123 during opening hours (as shown on our Telephone Order Hotline page).

Where our next-day delivery service is available, it applies to orders placed between Monday–Thursday before 6pm.

For orders placed on a Friday before 6pm, we will try to deliver 'Big & Bulky' products the following Monday.

For orders placed between 6pm on a Friday and 6pm on a Sunday, we will try to deliver 'Big & Bulky' products the following Tuesday.

Saturday delivery is available for £5 extra (see table below)

If you have ordered a combination of 'Big & Bulky' products and non 'Big & Bulky' products with different lead times they will usually be delivered together, but where products are being sent from one of our partner suppliers this will not be possible.

'Big & Bulky' Saturday Delivery	Any	£5 extra But depends on delivery postcode and the lead time on the product. Please refer to our Postcode Charges Checker online or call 0330 123 4123 during opening hours (as shown on our Telephone Order Hotline page) to confirm if Saturday Delivery is possible for your area on the product you have ordered.

Some products have an additional packaging and handling charge per item to contribute towards the extra cost involved in transporting them safely. The packaging and handling charge is displayed on the product information page and is applied at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

If you want to return your Wickes product for an exchange or refund, you can do so at any time up to 30 days after receiving it. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Faulty or damaged products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including made-to-measure items) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund (including delivery charges), as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

You can arrange for the product to be collected, by ourselves or nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase.

Products not required

You can return Wickes products you do not require for a refund.

If you cancel your order within 7 days following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund including delivery charges.

If you advise us of your proposed return within 30 days (but more than 7 days) following the date of delivery we will give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.

Made-to-measure products

Made-to-measure products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.
