    "There is nothing good about this product,The radio is not working there is alway a leak,i paid for the installation so i call the fitter a few times but the problem is still there,the shower is not powerful i paid for a new pump i feel like i have wasted my money as i used all my saving for this. I paid for everything the fitter said i should and yet i wish i have never set eyes on the shower, it look good on the outside but that is just about it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT......"

    "Rubbish !! My wife hasn,t forgiven me for buying it . We could have bought a bathroom suite for what we paid for it . The radio has never worked both shelf bars have broken. Cheap plastic cubicle , all shower fittings are now rusty! Should have listened to my plumber(who fitted it ) who told me it was rubbish and had advised me NOT to purchase it ,why didn,t i listen. The only place it will be going is the skip when i can afford to change it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!"

    Cons:  not the easiest install, shower head does not tilt

    "This was the hardest shower I ever installed. Not much to the instructions, mainly pictures. The unit pretty much bolts together, and you need to use much silicone sealant so make sure you buy about 5 tubes as your going to need it. TIP: make sure you seal under the silver door rail (bottom) if you don't put plenty on it will leak. Ours also leaked under the side glass pannels as that's where the body jets were aiming at. As for the radio, the system ships with the battery box switched to off, our radio works fine and is good quality for a shower radio, similar to that of an old transistor radio of the 80's. The unit is supposed to be free standing but I had to secure it with screws through the top as it was not stable enough for us, it rocked slightly when we moved inside the shower. If I had paid full price I would be unhappy, but as it is I got my monies worth. Give yourself a good day to install this, and your going to need a mate to help you hold the glass and plastic case whilst you bolt it together. The shower head gives a nice spray of water, but you can't tilt it, only slide it up and down, not found a way to have all 3 jets on at the same time, monsoon,body jets, shower head."

    Cons:  knobs unusable with wet hands!?!, words defy me to express bad manufactures c.servic, leaks!!, radio? what radio?

    "A complete and utter headache to put this together. The shower itself requires a ridiculous amount of extra sealant , poorly manufactured. Requires a regular scrub if you have hard water or just soap marks on screen. The control knobs are just dreadful, not friendly to soapy/shampoo'ed hands - require a dry cloth in the shower just to turn the knobs! As for customer service, when requesting missing screws (when initially purchased) adviser was shamelessly rude. Made inquiries recently about their fallacious and poorly constructed knobs on being replaced, told they simply cant. I think I've just given up on this company. Worse mistake made by purchasing this nonsense."

Products Which Are Not Required

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that we may be unable to accept the return of made-to-measure products unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Cancellation Rights

You can cancel any online order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. You can arrange for the product to be collected, by us or our nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store for free, with proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
