    Pros:  value for money

"This product looked good in store, but reviews were unfavourable. We decided to go ahead anyway. Just finished laying 40 metre in two rooms. This was my first click and lock project, although I had previously laid other types of wood floors. Laying instructions advise taking time to get the first three or four rows of planks right, this is vital. Hand pressure alone is not always sufficient to fully lock boards together and gives rise to the joints springing open. To overcome this, using an offcut of board to protect the edge, a sharp tap with a hammer usually resulted in a snug fit that stayed put. The same offcut was also used to align the boards at the butt joints, making the fitting of the next board easier. As with all timber flooring, it is vital to take steps to prevent furniture marking the floor. Looks good now that it is finished. I removed the original painted skirting and replaced it with oak veneered MDF to complete the job."

"installed 46 sq mtrs of he flooring over 2 days. 18/12 & 19/12 in hall lounge and dinning room. (by professional work men) Only 3hrs after the flooring had been laid there were scratch marks over it.... We slide the chair out to sit at the dinning table to eat our dinner... THE FLOORING IS BY NO MEANS HARD WEARING!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!"

    Pros:  warm to walk on
Cons:  not hard wearing, scratches easy, dents easy, marks easy

"Be vary careful if selecting this floor for an area where it will be used a lot. I fitted this in my kitchen/diner as it was described as hard wearing and suitable for these areas. After apx 1 month of fitting I am finding the floor is very prone to marks. Around our table and chairs the floor is very marked (surface scratches), we have moved a plant pot and scratched the floor, if I look hard enough the whole floor has marks from our dog claws (light scratches). I don't usually write reviews but I have just moved my fridge (being careful with towels on the feet) and this has dented the floor. I don't know what sort of hard wearing oak this is, but I'm going to customer services to seek a replacement. I'm very unhappy with this floor as it is not hard wearing AT ALL! The floor does look ok (nice colour etc) and it is warm on the foot...there the only positives I can provide. So for anyone who wants something hard wearing look for an alternative would be my advice."
