    Pros:  look great

    "Although we were slightly concerned with some of the online reviews, we thought we'd buy them as they looked great in Wickes. N.B. I'm a DIYer and have limited experience with laying tiles. These tiles look great and they went down without any problems. I noted one reviewer said that the adhesive/grout they used stained the tiles. I used adhesive/grout designed for use with porcelain tiles and there was no staining at all. I initially tiled the floor in our en-suite and we liked them so much, we went back and bought some more and have also tiled the main bathroom floor. They look great and are very easy to maintain. Some polished tiles show every piece of dirt; however because of the design of these tiles they don't suffer from that issue."

    "I laid these tiles on my bathroom floor and the end result looked fantastic. As with most tiles, some were not absolutely true and square but no great deal to rectify that. I'm also running underfloor heating under these and they warm up nicely too!"

    "I was very hopeful of these tiles, after searching far and wide, for long, dark grey, kitchen floor tiles and I liked the look of these and also obv the price! They laid fine and were looking great... until it came to wiping off the grout at the final stages of laying!! There are dark grey SPOTS all over the tiles where the grout has quite literally taken off the GLAZE from the tiles and now the tiles look constantly grimey, dirty and the sheen has been lost... So disappointed with the final result!!!!!!!! :("

    "An excellent product with a real high quality feel to them. My tiler had no issues with them and they add a touch of class to our kitchen diner. I think previous reviewer must have been unlucky with their batch as we are very happy with the outcome. Also they very easy to clean and maintain and I'm glad I followed my mother-in-law's advice and NOT go for a pure slate tile."

Where and when can Wickes deliver items?

The majority of our 'Big & Bulky' products are available for next-day delivery (depending on the availability of Next Day capacity, your location and when you place your order).

Wickes delivers 'Big & Bulky’ products to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, we are unable to deliver to remote and offshore locations.

Please refer to our Postcode Matrix to check whether we can deliver to your area, and if next-day delivery is available.

Where our next-day delivery service is available, it applies to orders placed between Monday–Thursday before 6pm. Saturday delivery is also available for the £5.

Click & Collect service you can order online, then collect it from your local store. Click & Collect allows you to spend more time on the job and less time driving around town searching for products. Click and collect orders can be made at any time on the Wickes website or via our Call Centre between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Saturdays and between 10am and 4pm on Sundays by calling 0330 123 4123. Your call will be charged at the same rate as calling a landline, call rates from mobile providers will vary. Subject to stock availability, we will aim to ensure that click and collect orders are available for collection from the nominated store within 3 store trading hours of our first email confirming your order number. Please check your selected Stores trading hours as these may vary.

Products Which Are Not Required

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that we may be unable to accept the return of made-to-measure products unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Cancellation Rights

You can cancel any online order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. You can arrange for the product to be collected, by us or our nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store for free, with proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
