    Pros:  well made for the price

    "Ordered Friday, delivered Monday despite the current high demand warning. As with most lap fencing there was quite a bit of bark remaining on the edges and some knottier areas (but no holes or gaps). I pulled the bark off to avoid bare patches when staining and brushed the sawdust off which only took a couple of minutes. For the price these panels are much heavier and better built than average (I looked at local suppliers and other DIY places) and I would buy them again. I was replacing a few panels to match the existing but if you want a less rustic look then the more expensive feather edge may be better."

    "My fence panels arrived several weeks after ordering and were found to be in very good condition. For the price, the panels were good value and I would consider ordering more from Wickes in the future."

Where and when can Wickes deliver items?

The majority of our 'Big & Bulky' products are available for next-day delivery (depending on the availability of Next Day capacity, your location and when you place your order).

Wickes delivers 'Big & Bulky’ products to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, we are unable to deliver to remote and offshore locations.

Please refer to our Postcode Matrix to check whether we can deliver to your area, and if next-day delivery is available.

Where our next-day delivery service is available, it applies to orders placed between Monday–Thursday before 6pm. Saturday delivery is also available for the £5.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect service you can order online, then collect it from your local store. Click & Collect allows you to spend more time on the job and less time driving around town searching for products. Click and collect orders can be made at any time on the Wickes website or via our Call Centre between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Saturdays and between 10am and 4pm on Sundays by calling 0330 123 4123. Your call will be charged at the same rate as calling a landline, call rates from mobile providers will vary. Subject to stock availability, we will aim to ensure that click and collect orders are available for collection from the nominated store within 3 store trading hours of our first email confirming your order number. Please check your selected Stores trading hours as these may vary.

Products Which Are Not Required

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that we may be unable to accept the return of made-to-measure products unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Cancellation Rights

You can cancel any online order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. You can arrange for the product to be collected, by us or our nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store for free, with proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
