The Yale Keyless Connected smart lock gives you freedom to secure your home without the need for a key. Simple to use, you now have complete control on how you unlock your door.

  • Convenience: There’s no need to worry if your children arrive home early, or if you’re stuck at work with friends on your doorstep. You control who and when people have access to your home. For example, you can set a PIN code that works for 24 hours for a family member or your cleaning person.
  • Simple to use: You choose how you want to open your door. PIN code, key card, key tag, remote fob and even from your smartphone when connected to a smart home system. It is also easy to add and remove users if you need to.
  • Security as standard: Feeling safe and secure is a must for any homeowner. The smart lock has a tamper alarm and incorrect PIN code feature.
  • Always On: Don’t worry if the electricity goes down as the smart lock is powered by 4 AA batteries. It will even warn you when the batteries are running low.

Our Click & Collect service allows you to order online and then collect from your local store.

Click and collect orders can be made at any time on the Wickes website or via our Call Centre between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Saturdays and between 10am and 4pm on Sundays by calling 0330 123 4123. Your call will be charged at the same rate as calling a landline, call rates from mobile providers will vary.

Subject to stock availability, we will aim to ensure that click and collect orders are available for collection from the nominated store within 1 store trading hour of our first email confirming your order number. Please check your selected stores trading hours via our Store Locator as these may vary.

Next day delivery is FREE* for orders £75 and over

You can order right up to 5pm and still get your product delivered next day.

We deliver between 7am-6pm. You can request an AM delivery for only £5 extra.

You can request a Saturday delivery for only £5 extra (if you order by 5pm Friday).

Other stuff you need to know

We will always try and send your complete order in one delivery. This means that if you have ordered a mixture of 'Standard' and Big & Bulky' products, we will wait until your complete order is ready before dispatching it.

However, if your order includes 'Supplier Delivered' products these will always be delivered separately, direct from the supplier. We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots. Products Which Are Not Required

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that we may be unable to accept the return of made-to-measure products unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Cancellation Rights

You can cancel any online order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. You can arrange for the product to be collected, by us or our nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store for free, with proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
