Should be laid on a mortar bed with mortar pointed joints of 8-10mm nominal joints
Can also be laid on screeded sand with sand-filled joints of 2-5mm for units of 450 x 450mm or smaller
On no account must Buxton be butt jointed

Where and when can Wickes deliver items?

This ‘Big & Bulky’ product is available for next-day delivery if your delivery address is within a 10-mile radius of a Wickes store. This can be checked online using our Postcode Charges Checker or by calling 0845 274 1000 during opening hours (as shown on our Telephone Order Hotline page).

Where our next-day delivery service is available, it applies to orders placed between Monday–Thursday before 6pm.

For orders placed on a Friday before 6pm, we will try to deliver 'Big & Bulky' products the following Monday.

For orders placed between 6pm on a Friday and 6pm on a Sunday, we will try to deliver 'Big & Bulky' products the following Tuesday.

Saturday delivery is available for Ł5 extra (see table below)
