The Edwardian Conservatory boasts an attractive 3-sided design with elegant features. This conservatory has a contemporary feel suitable for most modern homes. The rectangular floor makes the most of your available space, whilst the pitch of the roof gives you extra headroom for a spacious feel.
All Wickes conservatories require flashings and a base; dwarf wall conservatories also require a 600mm dwarf wall. These materials are all available to order from Wickes.
> Guarantee against manufacturing defect. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Our conservatory roofs are built to withstand extreme weather conditions including heavy snowfall. The standard structural specification for our conservatory roofs is 0.6Kn/m2. This means they can hold 61kg per m2 of snow load. This covers virtually all areas within the UK, but as a precaution we will check by postcode any conservatory being installed within 1km of coastline (or within the areas affected by snow loading), and call the customer to offer them advice and provide refunds where applicable.
Planning permission or building control approval may be required depending on your property or type of conservatory you wish to build.
You can find more information on the government's Planning Portal – Conservatories page (England and Wales only).
Our latest doors brochure has the complete range of Interior, Exterior, Folding and French Doors for you to view.
