Can I install these doors myself?

Wickes recommends that a professional tradesperson install these doors. The doors are heavy and require a minimum of two people to carry out the installation.

Can the doors be adjusted to size?

It is not recommended that any trimming, or size adjustment, be made to these doors.

Do the doors require any further finishing?

The doors should be finished in a minimum of three coats of Wickes Professional Woodstain, Exterior Varnish or exterior paint before being assembled and installed.

Can auto-opening mechanisms be installed with the doors?

The hardware provided with the doors is not suitable for use with automated opening systems.
