- 24mm kite marked toughened double glazed units to BS6206:Class A, with low E glass
- Complies with Part L of the Building Regulations
- Reinforced with galvanised steel
- The glazing is internally beaded for added security
- A 8000mm2 ventilator and sill is supplied as standard
- A one piece steel lock keep is used, this allows for easy installation-the lock keep is easy to adjust to suit installation
- The lock conforms to the Association of British Insurers standards and specification requirements
- The door is prefitted with a high security 7 point locking system incorporating a single deadlock, 2 heavy duty hook bolts, 2 adjustable rollers, top and bottom shoot bolts and a sash lifter
- The outer frame is welded

Where and when can Wickes deliver items?
Our ‘Supplier Delivered’ products come direct from the supplier and will take Up to 14 days to be delivered.
All products are delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address.
Supplier Delivered products can be delivered to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, and to The Isle of Wight. We are unable to deliver to other remote and offshore locations. Please refer to our Postcode Matrix to check whether we can deliver to your area.
Saturday delivery is not available.

Returns & Refunds
If you want to return your Wickes product for an exchange or refund, you can do so at any time up to 30 days after receiving it. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Faulty or damaged products
In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including made-to-measure items) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund (including delivery charges), as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
You can arrange for the product to be collected, by ourselves or nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase.
Products not required
You can return Wickes products you do not require for a refund.
If you cancel your order within 7 days following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund including delivery charges.
If you advise us of your proposed return within 30 days (but more than 7 days) following the date of delivery we will give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.
Made-to-measure products
Made-to-measure products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.
