Hints and Tips:

• When fitting a door frame, leave a minimum of 9mm between the wall and the frame to allow for adjustments.
• Stud partitions should be made the exact size.
• If knocking out a portion of wall, be sure not to weaken the structural strength of your house. If in doubt, contact your local Building Control Office for guidance.
