Hints and Tips:

• To comply with current Building Regulations the height of the handrail on the stairs and landing should not be less than 900mm (840mm in Scotland), and a 100mm ball should not be able to pass between the spindles at any point.
• Fit replacement Newel Post - including half Newel Posts - at wall or banister ends.
• Do not cut the spindles until the baserails and handrails are in place.
