then agree the best time for your appointment - this will be a free no obligation home visit.
We will be happy to answer any questions you have during this call and at any time during the process – so don't worry if you're unsure about anything!
One of our Design Consultants will come to your home to measure your kitchen, and discuss your preferred style and specific requirements that may include layout, storage and other lifestyle requirements. They will also provide details of our popular Installation Service and give you the option of using one of our approved professional installers.
We may also invite you in-store for a personal tour of the showroom. This will help you to get a hands-on
feel for your kitchen choices and visualise some of your options.
Our Design Consultant will create an inspirational design based on your home visit and any further discussions. You will be invited in-store to discuss the design, where we will work together to get it just right!
We will then price your project – this will include product prices, the dry fit installation price and indicative costs on specialist work that may need to be carried out (subject to a free home survey).
We offer flexible finance packages that can help make your dream kitchen more affordable. If you are interested, ask your Design Consultant for an instant quote as part of your free design and planning advice.
Your Wickes Installer will be in touch to agree a day and time to carry out an on-site technical installation survey. During the survey they will check the design and discuss any specialist installation requirements such as gas, electrics, tiling, plastering and lighting.
We will then review all the details, agree your start date and call you to finalise dates for delivery and installation.
If you have decided not to use the Wickes Installation Service a colleague from our Customer Contact Centre will be in touch to arrange a mutually convenient day for your delivery.
We provide a prompt and professional delivery service for your ease and convenience. A few days before delivery we'll confirm the delivery time window so you can plan ahead.
If you have chosen the Wickes Installation Service, your installation will be managed by your Installer and our Customer Service Team who you can speak to at any time during your Installation.
Our professional Installers will do all they can to minimise any disruption to your facilities during the installation process. And the Customer Services Team will call you around the installation mid-point to make sure you are happy with the progress.
Once everything is completed to your satisfaction, your Installer will ask you to sign a completion note. Our Customer Service Team will follow up with a call to talk about your experience.
Finally, we will contact you again a few weeks after your installation is complete for a final assurance that your kitchen meets your expectations - and that we are there for you every step of the way!
