Features & benefits

  • Wireless digital room thermostat that provides a simple to use interface. It is battery powered with low battery indicator and pre-bound to the wireless relay box
  • Each zone controllable from the TCC app using only one RFG100 mobile Access kit
  • Use this for room temperature control with a combi boiler or connect to the unit to the internet and provide full time and temperature scheduling via the app
  • Just wire the wireless relay box into the system and it will communicate with the single zone room thermostat straight away
  • Outer ring is the control dial, a simple twist of the dial will adjust the temperature set point up or down
  • Once connected, you can also use the Total Connect Comfort App to provide a combined time and temperature profile of 6 time periods a day variable by day for each of 7 days
  • Can also be used as a temperature sensing device in the evohome multi zoning system
  • The wireless relay box can be wired directly to motorised zone valves or actuators
  • No programming required

Returns & Refunds 

If you want to return your Wickes product for an exchange or refund, you can do so at any time up to 30 days after receiving it. 

Faulty or damaged products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including made-to-measure items) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund (including delivery charges), as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

You can arrange for the product to be collected, by ourselves or nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase.

Products not required

You can return Wickes products you do not require for a refund.

If you cancel your order within 7 days following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund including delivery charges.

If you advise us of your proposed return within 30 days (but more than 7 days) following the date of delivery we will give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.

Made-to-measure products

Made-to-measure products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Where and when can Wickes suppliers deliver items?

Supplier Delivered products can be delivered to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses with some exceptions (such as remote locations) depending on the supplier. For more details please contact our customer services team. All products are delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address. We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots.
