Prevents wind and rain under the door and reduces heat loss saving money

  • For external doors. Can be added to external doors where no sill has been supplied of can be used to replace an existing threshold
  • Height: 19/29 mm
  • Also includes a rain deflector 838 x 32mm to deflect water away from the bottom of the door
  • Suitable for doors with a gap 21mm to 27mm under the door
  • Doors can be cut down to accommodate the threshold under the door
  • Fixings included
  • Threshold can be cut to size
  • Rubber seal on threshold prevents draughts under the door
  • Threshold must be sealed underneath with admastic
  • Use a tape measure (167332), Carpenters awl (167330), Screwdriver (167309) and Hacksaw (500562) for installation

Click and collect orders can be made at any time on the Wickes website or via our Call Centre between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Saturdays and between 10am and 4pm on Sundays by calling 0330 123 4123. Your call will be charged at the same rate as calling a landline, call rates from mobile providers will vary.

When collecting your order, you will need to bring photographic ID. If you pay with PayPal, your order cannot be collected by a third party.

Subject to stock availability, we will aim to ensure that click and collect orders are available for collection from the nominated store within 1 store trading hour of our first email confirming your order number. Please check your selected stores trading hours via our Store Locator as these may vary.

Most of our products are standard next-day delivery. If it's not 'Big & Bulky' or 'Supplier Delivered', it's 'Standard'!

Next day delivery is FREE* for orders £75 and over

You can order right up to 5pm and still get your product delivered next day.

Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 5pm but is subject to stock availability and available delivery slots in your area.

We deliver between 7am-6pm. You can request an AM delivery for only £5 extra.

You can request a Saturday delivery for only £5 extra (if you order by 5pm Friday).

Where and when can Wickes deliver items?

Monday to Thursday before 5pm we deliver Next Day between 7am to 6pm

If you place your order

Thursday 5pm to Friday before 5pm we deliver following Monday between 7am to 6pm

If you place your order

Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm we deliver following Tuesday between 7am to 6pm

Other stuff you need to know

We will always try and send your complete order in one delivery. This means that if you have ordered a mixture of 'Standard' and Big & Bulky' products, we will wait until your complete order is ready before dispatching it.

However, if your order includes 'Supplier Delivered' products these will always be delivered separately, direct from the supplier. We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots. Returns & Refunds.

Products Which Are Not Required

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that we may be unable to accept the return of made-to-measure products unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Products purchased in store

Within 30 days of receipt, any unused product can be returned at your expense for a full refund or exchange. Bring it to any of our branches, or contact our Customer Service team on 0330 123 4123 or at customerservices@wickes.co.uk for advice. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.

Please note that:

  • No refunds or exchanges can be given on Bespoke / Made to Measure Goods or Special Order Goods
  • Wickes Kitchen & Bathroom only stores are unable to accept returns for products purchased in other stores
  • Refunds can not be given on
    • The purchase of Gift Cards
    • Out of date products
    • Perishable Items (Plants, Turf etc)
  • If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

As a consumer customer you may have additional legal rights and this policy does not affect these rights.

Cancellation Rights

You can cancel any online order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. You can arrange for the product to be collected, by us or our nominated carrier, or return the product to your local Wickes store for free, with proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
