Replace a washing machine hose

Ideally, you should do this every five years to avoid leaks.

  • Unplug the washing machine, turn off the water supply and disconnect the hose from the valves and the machine
  • Attach the new hose to the valves and then the washer
  • You can have the flame without the heat and vice versa
  • Turn the water and power supply back on
