Avoid using scouring pads or harsh cleaning products on your kitchen worktop. Mild cleaners and soft cloths are all that you require.

Getting the job done - hints & tips

For a smooth finish on the sealant at the rear of your worktop, carefully run a wet finger along it!

When you cut out a hole for the sink, remember to treat the cut edges with water sealant to keep moisture out.

Use Colorfill to seal worktop joints together. It makes the joint almost invisible and seals it against water and domestic detergents.

As you're going to be cutting your kitchen worktop, you'll need safety goggles and a mask to protect your eyes and mouth from dust. Make sure the area is well ventilated.
