Our Delivery Options

Explore our delivery options to find a solution that works for you. From big & bulky deliveries for larger orders, to supplier deliveries for specific products, we’ll have an option to suit your needs.

Please note that we can’t amend an order once it’s placed. If you require amendments, please contact our customer services team on 0330 123 4123, and we’ll cancel your order so you can place it again.

  • Track the status of your order whilst it is on its way to you with our handy tool.
Click & Collect from store within 15 minutes - FREE
  • Orders are available for collection from as little as 15 minutes. The timescale may vary if you’re shopping for big and bulky items that require extra care. Please wait for your email or SMS confirmation that your order has been picked and is ready to be collected before visiting your local store.
Standard delivery - from £4
  • Home delivery from £4; exclusions apply.
  • Depending on the product, deliveries weighing over 375kg may incur a Big & Bulky delivery charge of £35, as they may be delivered by a HiAB carrier. Please refer to our Delivery Details for more information.
  • Order by 3pm to receive your items the next day.
  • We deliver Monday - Saturday, between 7am and 7pm (subject to calendar availability).
  • Orders delivered on a Saturday incur an additional £5 charge.
  • Delivery exclusions apply.
Big & Bulky delivery - from £35.00
  • We offer a 6 day per week delivery service on items including sand, cement, timber and sheet materials.
  • Orders weighing over 375kg may incur a Big & Bulky delivery charge, as they may be delivered by a HiAB carrier.
  • Order by 11am and we’ll aim to deliver your items on a day of your choice. (Subject to calendar availability).
  • We deliver Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm. You’ll be able to choose your delivery day at the checkout, subject to calendar availability and item availability.
  • Delivery exclusions apply.
  • Big & Bulky orders costing up to £750 delivered Monday - Friday: £35. Big & Bulky orders costing up to £750 delivered on a Saturday: £40
  • Big & Bulky orders costing over £750 delivered Monday - Friday: FREE. Big & Bulky orders costing over £750 delivered on a Saturday: £5
Wickes Rapid delivery
  • An additional £5 delivery fee will be charged in addition to our standard delivery charge for your chosen delivery method and delivery day.
  • Orders can be placed between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm on Saturday.
  • Orders delivered within 5 miles of participating stores and weighing up to 800kg are eligible for Wickes Rapid delivery.
  • Order between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday and 8am and 4pm on Saturday for delivery within 3 hours.

Supplier delivery
  • Supplier delivered products can be delivered to mainland UK addresses with some exceptions (such as remote locations) depending on the supplier.
  • Please check for any delivery restrictions before you place your order. You can contact our customer service team by telephone on 0330 123 4123.
  • From £4
  • Order by 3pm to receive your items in the advertised lead time.
  • We deliver Monday - Friday, between 7am and 7pm.
  • Supplier delivered products are excluded from the Wickes 30-day refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses. However, we are unable to deliver to all UK addresses. Please refer to the table below for postcode areas to which we cannot currently deliver.

Delivery terms & conditions
  • Delivery restrictions apply. Please check our delivery exclusions table for areas to which we are currently unable to deliver.
  • All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days of when we receive your payment and will give you the option to either wait for the products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or trades persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.
