Wickes TradePro Terms And Conditions (T&Cs)

By registering and taking part in Wickes TradePro you confirm that you accept these T&Cs and that you agree to comply with them. These T&Cs along with our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions of Sale shall govern Wickes TradePro.

To become a member of Wickes TradePro, you must be a registered Tradesperson and be resident in the United Kingdom.

TradePro Applications Only: To sign up as a TradePro member, you must register your details with us, including your name, address, mobile number and email, and provide two forms of ID (details of approved forms of ID can be found on the TradePro webpage - https://www.wickes.co.uk/trade). Once we have received your details and two forms of ID, we will verify your application and if approved will send your unique customer barcode. We reserve the right to reject your application at our sole discretion.

TradePro Installer Applications Only: To become an Approved Wickes TradePro Installer, you must first register your details with us, including your name, business address, mobile number and email. You must also provide copies of the required documentation either when submitting your application, or when requested to during your application verification. If your application is approved, and you have successfully pass the necessary interviews and signed all relevant contractual documentation, you will receive your unique customer barcode. We reserve the right to reject your application at our sole discretion.

TradePro Members Only: Being a Wickes TradePro member means you will get a 10% discount to use whenever you shop in-store or online. There is no minimum spend. Just present your barcode discount in-store or use your online code at the checkout page when shopping online.

TradePro Installer Members Only: Being a Wickes TradePro Installer member means you will get a 15% discount to use whenever you shop in-store or online. There is no minimum spend. Just present your barcode discount in-store or use your online code at the checkout page when shopping online.

Wickes TradePro scheme is open to tradespeople — residents in the UK only. Registration and ID required. Online account required for online use. Wickes TradePro 10% off discount applies to purchases in a single transaction excluding purchases of Gift Vouchers and any delivery charge. Discount on Bespoke kitchen & bathrooms must be claimed in person. One discount voucher per customer, per transaction. Discount voucher can be used for multiple purchases. You may be required to provide proof of ID. Discount voucher must be clearly presented at in-store checkout. Discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount voucher, code or coupon. To use your TradePro 10% discount in-store, you must provide your unique membership barcode at the till. This can be via the TradePro app, TradePro email, or TradePro key fob. Only barcodes via the TradePro app, TradePro email or TradePro key fob will be accepted in-store. Damaged, defaced, printed and photocopied vouchers, or vouchers not clearly displayed on a mobile device including screenshots or images of barcodes will not be accepted in-store. Discount voucher is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Your TradePro discount is automatically applied to every online and in-app purchase at checkout upon account sign-in once approved. Wickes reserves the right to cancel, alter or withdraw the discount voucher and code at any time without notice.

The Wickes TradePro discount does not apply to purchases of Gift Vouchers, or Delivery charges.

The Wickes TradePro discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount vouchers, codes or coupons. There is a limit of one barcode per customer, per transaction.

The Wickes TradePro Discount can be used on TradePro Member’s purchases of Bespoke Kitchens and Bathrooms, but must be claimed in person and cannot be passed on to other customers.

You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us when you open your account or any time after that by unsubscribing via email, SMS, or calling Customer Services on 0330 123 9984. By opting out of marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications from us which are necessary for operating your Wickes TradePro membership.

We reserve the right to vary or amend these T&Cs from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of such changes. If you continue to take part in Wickes TradePro following any such changes you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended T&Cs.

We reserve the right to cancel, change or withdraw Wickes TradePro and/or the Wickes TradePro discount at any time without notice.
