Order Queries

Alternatively, if you would prefer to talk to us directly about an online order, please call us on 0845 279 9898. We are open Monday to Friday (8:00am - 20:00pm), and Saturday (09:00am – 17:30pm).
Product Queries

Response Time
Wickes attempts to respond to all e-mailed queries in a timely manner. Once we have received an e-mail, we endeavour to answer (rather than offer an auto acknowledgement) by close-of-business on the following day, Monday to Thursday. Answers to e-mails received on Friday can be expected by close-of-business on the following Monday.
Door Delivery
To arrange home delivery of a door, please call us on 01604 663 743, 8:00am – 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and 8:00am – 4:30pm on Saturdays.
General Telephone Number
For all other queries, please call us on 0870 608 9001, 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am - 4:00pm on Sundays.
