Make sure you’ve got proof that you work in the trade (like a business card), as our discounts are exclusively for trade customer s and you’ll need them to sign up. We accept the following ID:

  • Ltd company: Company Registration Number (CRN) / VAT no.

Wickes TradePro Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

These T&Cs apply to your Wickes TradePro membership. If you have any queries please contact our Customer Services team. Wickes TradePro is operated by Wickes Building Supplies Limited (company number 1840419) whose registered office is at Lodge Way House, Lodge Way, Northampton, NN5 7UG (Us/we).

General

1.1 - By registering and taking part in Wickes TradePro you confirm that you accept these T&Cs and that you agree to comply with them. These T&Cs along with our privacy policy (http://www.wickes.co.uk/privacy) shall govern Wickes TradePro.

1.2 - To become a member of Wickes TradePro, you must be a registered Tradesperson and be resident in the United Kingdom.

1.3 - Being a Wickes TradePro member means you will get a 10% discount to use whenever you shop in-store or online. There is no minimum spend. Just present your barcode discount in-store or use your online code at the checkout page when shopping online.

1.4 - The Wickes TradePro discount does not apply to purchases of Showroom Kitchens and Bathrooms, Gift Vouchers, or Delivery charges.

1.5 - The Wickes TradePro discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount vouchers, codes or coupons. There is a limit of one barcode per customer, per transaction.

1.6 - If your barcode is damaged or not clearly displayed, it will not be accepted in store. Your Wickes TradePro membership and barcode cannot be used or transferred to any other person, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1.7 - To sign up, you must register your details with us, including your name, address, mobile number and email, and provide two forms of ID (details of approved forms of ID can be found on the TradePro webpage - http://www.wickes.co.uk/trade). Once we have received your details and two forms of ID, we will verify your application and if approved will send your unique customer barcode. We reserve the right to reject your application in our sole discretion.

1.8 - You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us when you open your account or any time after that by unsubscribing via email, SMS, or calling Customer Services on 0330 123 9984. By opting out of marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications from us which are necessary for operating your Wickes TradePro membership.

1.9 - We reserve the right to vary or amend these T&Cs from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of such changes. If you continue to take part in Wickes TradePro following any such changes you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended T&Cs.

2.0 - We reserve the right to cancel, change or withdraw Wickes TradePro and/or the Wickes TradePro discount at any time without notice.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up to Wickes TradePro by downloading and registering via the Wickes TradePro app, or signing up in-store, online or by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0330 123 9984.

What will you do with my ID?

Once we have received your details and two forms of ID, we will verify your application and if approved will send your unique customer barcode. If you have registered via the app, the barcode will be available to you in the app. If you have registered in-store or via our customer services team, you will be sent your barcode via email.

I’m no longer receiving marketing communication emails or post

If you have opted out of receiving marketing communications, but have changed your mind, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0330 123 9984.

How do I use my 10% discount online?

To use the Wickes TradePro discount online, you will need to have a Wickes online account. Once you have become a Wickes TradePro member you can register for an account at https://www.wickes.co.uk/login.

Once registered you will be provided with a unique discount code (this may take up to 7 days) which can be used during the checkout process. The discount code will only be accepted if you are signed into your Wickes online account.
