We provide next-day delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 6:00pm.
Friday orders placed before 6:00pm will be delivered the following Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday, we’ll deliver on Tuesday.
Weekend orders placed between 6:00pm on Friday and 6:00pm on Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. However, if Monday is a bank holiday, delivery will be on Wednesday.
Saturday delivery is now available. To take advantage of this service, your order must be placed before 6:00pm Friday (remember to check the 'Delivery Options' box in Step 3 of the checkout process). The cost of a Saturday delivery is £5.00.

Upon receipt of your order, our partner supplier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Please note that products ordered from our partner suppliers are not part of Wickes delivery policy as detailed above.

You can arrange a morning delivery at an additional cost of £5.00, or a Saturday delivery for £5.00. Unfortunately, Wickes cannot amend any other anticipated delivery dates.
Wickes deliver to locations in mainland UK. However, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or remote and offshore locations.

The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient
Delivery will normally be within 7 working days. All paving materials are delivered to the kerbside as near as possible to the delivery address. It will then be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is moved promptly and does not obstruct the carriageway or pavement. Some local authorities may prosecute if an obstruction is not cleared. Wickes Building Supplies LTD and its agents will accept no responsibility for any obstruction. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Access to your premises must be suitable for a 30ft (9.2m) heavy goods vehicle (for example, can a fire engine get to the drop off point?) If permits are required, they must be obtained by the customer.
The delivery will be advised approximately 1hr before the delivery will be made.If the carrier delivering the goods has to re-deliver, they will very likely make an additional charge. This is beyond the control of Wickes and will be an agreement between the person ordering the materials and the carrier company.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
The quickest way to obtain a refund or exchange your online purchase is to return it to any Wickes store with your proof of purchase.
