Wickes products
We provide next-day delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 6:00pm.
Friday orders placed before 6:00pm will be delivered the following Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday, we’ll deliver on Tuesday.
Weekend orders placed between 6:00pm on Friday and 6:00pm on Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. However, if Monday is a bank holiday, delivery will be on Wednesday.
Saturday delivery is now available. To take advantage of this service, your order must be placed before 6:00pm Friday (remember to check the 'Delivery Options' box in Step 3 of the checkout process). The cost of a Saturday delivery is £8.00.

Upon receipt of your order, our partner supplier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Please note that products ordered from our partner suppliers are not part of Wickes delivery policy as detailed above.

Wickes offers FREE DELIVERY to mainland UK addresses for online orders of £45 or more*:

Free delivery is available within set distances from a limited number of Wickes stores on purchases up to two (2) tonnes in weight, subject to single-purchase minimum spend levels. A charge will be made for deliveries outside these set distances. Store colleagues can provide further details covering individual store delivery policies.
You can arrange a morning delivery at an additional cost of £5.00, or a Saturday delivery for £8.00. Unfortunately, Wickes cannot amend any other anticipated delivery dates.
Wickes deliver to locations in mainland UK. However, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or remote and offshore locations.

The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient
The quickest way to obtain a refund or exchange your online purchase is to return it to any Wickes store with your proof of purchase.
