In both cases, we'll ask to see proof of the other price you've found or your receipt if you've already bought them. The decision to action Our Price Promise is completely down to the Duty Manager and his or her decision is final (whether you have proof or not).
Matches will only be made on the selling price of the goods. 'Free gifts' or 'Give aways' are not included. The equivalent product must, in Wickes' reasonable opinion, have the same specification and pack size/quantity. Wickes' decision on what is an equivalent product is final and not negotiable.
You can claim under Our Price Promise up to 7 days after you have made a purchase from Wickes. Claims should be backed up with evidence of the other relative product, price and promotion.
The equivalent product must be in stock at a retailer, based within a 10 mile radius of the Wickes store where the product was purchased. The competitor price must include VAT and can be 'Sale' or 'Offer Price'.
Claims under Our Price Promise after a purchase from Wickes must be made at the Wickes store where the product was originally bought. Only one refund per customer per Wickes purchase will be given. Our Price Promise excludes prices and products advertised on the internet and in the catalogue. These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Wickes cannot accept an order until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges.
Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made.
These General Delivery Terms apply to all orders, in addition to the specific terms set out underneath them.

All orders are subject to product availability.
Depending on your delivery postcode and which products you order, delivery charges may apply. Please see the Delivery Charges tables below or use our Postcode Charges Checker icon (for 'Big & Bulky' products) to calculate your estimated delivery charge.
Wickes delivers to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses only, but there are some postcodes within mainland UK that we are unable to reach (mainly remote locations). Please see our Postcode Matrix to check whether we can deliver to your area.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we can deliver to your address. We are not responsible for any failure to deliver to addresses that cannot be accessed (including red routes).
All delivery times and dates are estimates. We will try our best to meet the delivery estimates we have given you but shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within these stated time frames. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days of when we receive payment from you, and give you the opportunity to either wait for the products or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order we will give you a full refund.
We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or tradesmen until your order has actually been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party charges incurred due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.
We are not able to process orders or deliver on UK Bank Holidays and Sundays.
We will always endeavour to make one single delivery to you wherever possible to minimise any inconvenience. This means that when your order contains a mix of products with different delivery lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the whole order. However, when you place an order containing a mix of products including 'Supplier Delivered' items, one single delivery will not be possible, as our 'Supplier Delivered' products are delivered direct from the supplier.
All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery. We may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges.
Due to insurance guidelines, delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences. Delivery will be to the kerbside of the delivery address. The recipient of the products is responsible for any additional lifting once the delivery has been made.
Please ensure you provide your telephone number and e-mail address when you place your order.
'Standard' products
Whether we can offer our next-day delivery service to you depends on your delivery postcode which can be checked using our Postcode Matrix or by calling 0845 274 1000 during opening hours (as shown on our Telephone Order Hotline page).
For 'Standard' products, please check our Postcode Matrix before you place your order - to check when your products will be delivered - as some postcodes may not be eligible for next-day delivery.
Where our next-day delivery service is available, it applies to 'standard' products that are ordered Monday – Thursday before 6pm.
For orders placed on a Friday before 6pm, we will try to deliver 'standard' products the following Monday.
For orders placed between 6pm on a Friday and 6pm on a Sunday, we will try to deliver 'standard' products the following Tuesday.
Saturday delivery is available for £5 extra (see Delivery Charges table below for details and exclusions).
'Big & Bulky' products
For 'Big & Bulky' products, please check our Postcode Charges Checker - before you place your order - to find out if your delivery postcode is eligible for next-day delivery.
Where our next-day delivery service is available, it only applies to 'Big & Bulky' products on orders placed between Monday–Thursday before 6pm and is only available for customers who require the products to be delivered to an address within a 10 mile radius of a Wickes store. This can be checked online using our Postcode Charges Checker or by calling 0845 274 during opening hours (as shown on our Telephone Order Hotline page).
For orders placed on a Friday before 6pm, we will try to deliver 'Big & Bulky' products the following Monday.

Normal Delivery
At the time you place your order we will arrange and confirm a suitable delivery date with you in the store. Your delivery date will depend on your delivery postcode and the lead time for the product ordered, which you will be informed of by our Wickes Customer Services Assistant.
Next-day delivery
Whether we can offer our next-day delivery service to you will depend on your delivery postcode and the lead time for the product. Our Wickes Customer Assistant will inform you of this at the time you place your order.
Our next-day delivery service is available for products that are ordered Monday – Thursday before 6pm.

If you order a 'Supplier Delivered' product, our supplier will contact you direct (please make sure you supply your telephone and email details when placing your order) to arrange and confirm a delivery date.
The prices displayed on the Wickes website are largely the same as the Wickes in-store prices, however we may offer different prices for products purchased from the website. These prices may be higher or lower than in our stores.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate. The Wickes VAT number is 408 5567 37.
Our site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will at our discretion either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation e-mail.
Red Pencil Pricing
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
We provide guarantees on many of our products. These can be identified by the guarantee logo on the product description page. The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders placed for made-to-measure products may not be cancelled.
You may cancel other orders at any time before they are dispatched to you. E-mail weborders@wickes.co.uk including your order number, postcode and contact telephone number.
You may return a product for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery and we promise to give you a refund, excluding any delivery charges, unless you cancel your order within 7 days following the date of delivery of the product, in which case we will also refund the delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
Products can be returned to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase. Alternatively, collection of the product can be arranged through our nominated carrier, where the cost of the return will be at your expense. We require the return of the products within 30 days of the refund request being made.
Certain products offered on the website have specific, stated delivery times which supersede the standard next-day delivery proposal (please see individual product details on the website).
Referred to as 'special order', 'extended lead time' or 'supplier-delivered' products, these items are shipped directly from Wickes' suppliers. In the unlikely event that a special order product is faulty, the item can be returned to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase, for a full refund (including delivery charge). Alternatively, collection of the product can be arranged through our nominated carrier, where the cost of the return will be at our expense. Should a special order product need to be returned for any other reason, it can be returned to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase, for a full refund (excluding delivery charge, unless you return it within 7 days following the date of delivery, in which case we will also refund the delivery charge). Alternatively, collection of the product can be arranged through our nominated carrier. There will be a minimum charge to you of £22 for this service, increasing significantly dependent on your location and product type.
To arrange collection of products for return, send an e-mail to weborders@wickes.co.uk including your order number, postcode, contact telephone number and details of the product to be returned, making sure to include the reason for the return.
Please note that made-to-measure items may not be returned unless they are faulty.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of notification to the account originally used to purchase the product.
