Please refer to the following information when returning products delivered from the Wickes website.
In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including special order and made-to-measure items) is faulty, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
Faulty products can be returned to your local Wickes store, with proof of purchase, for a full refund (including delivery charge). Alternatively, collection of the product can be arranged through our nominated carrier, where the cost of the return will be at our expense. We require the return of the products within 30 days of the refund request being made.
To arrange for the product(s) to be collected, send an e-mail to weborders@wickes.co.uk with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will either dispatch a replacement or process the refund.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

In the event that you wish to return a Wickes product that is no longer required, we will provide you with a refund, excluding any delivery charges, provided we are advised of the proposed return within 30 days of the product being delivered to you.
You can return any products bought from the Wickes website to your nearest store, where you will receive your refund (excluding delivery charges). Alternatively, send an e-mail to weborders@wickes.co.uk and we will arrange for the collection of the product by our nominated carrier. There will be a minimum charge of £22 charged for this service, which may increase significantly dependent on customer location and product type. Your refund will be processed within 30 days.
Special order products (also referred to as 'extended lead time' or 'supplier-delivered' products) are NOT subject to our next-day delivery policy.

Special order products may be returned following the same guidelines as standard, next-day delivery items, with the same restrictions on circumstance, place, timeframe and cost.
Made-to-measure products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit. (Please see details above concerning the return of faulty or damaged products).
Refunds are not available on 'free with purchase' items, unless all other products are returned.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
