The Einhell GP-EA 18/150 Li BL Solo Cordless Earth Auger is a powerful helper for all kinds of other garden jobs such as installing fence posts, anchoring decorations in the ground, or even excavating circular foundations. Supplied complete with the auger attachment (length 80cm / diameter 15cm). The auger screw is driven into the ground by a brushless motor that transmits its power to optimum effect and also lasts longer than conventional carbon brush motors. Another notable feature of this cordless tool is its robust aluminium gear head. The earth auger can be set to three different modes: 1) Counter-clockwise to move soil upwards or to loosen the drill 2) clockwise rotation in standard mode. Regular force setting for easy drilling tasks in soft ground & 3) clockwise rotation in boost mode. Maximum force setting for hard surfaces. Maximum stability and torsion-resistance are provided by a robust metal frame, and for practical handling and ergonomic operation there is a double handle with softgrip.
