3. Free home visit
Either virtually, or in person, your Design Consultant will discuss your ideas and how to make the best use of your space, as well as ensuring the room is measured accurately.
4. See your bathroom in 3D
We’ll arrange a meeting, either virtually or in store, to reveal your tailor-made 360-degree virtual bathroom design and demonstrate your chosen products.
5. Place your order
Once you decide to buy, we can talk you through our flexible payment options.

6. Meet your installer
Your installer will visit to do a technical installation survey and double check everything in your order. If you choose your own installer, we'll meet with them to ensure things run smoothly.

7. Agree your delivery date
We’ll arrange delivery and schedule your bathroom installation (if you’ve chosen our Wickes installation service).
8. Be prepared
Empty out your old bathroom and clear an area in your home for your new bathroom delivery.
9. Watch your bathroom transform
Now the exciting bit! We’ll remove your old bathroom and dispose of it in a professional way, then start installing your new bathroom.
10. Enjoy your new bathroom
Once your bathroom has been installed, we’ll contact you to check you’re happy with everything. Share your new bathroom via your social media account by tagging @Wickes to be featured in our gallery.
