What does our flooring installation service include?

Our flooring installation service is available with both kitchen and bathroom installations.

The minimum flooring installation is for 5m²; however, we can install smaller floors at the same cost.

Our Wickes-approved installers* will complete a full technical survey before your job begins and at installation stage they will supply, where required, all fixings and/or adhesive.

Specific underlay, details of which your Design Consultant will confirm, will need to be purchased together with the flooring, to ensure the longevity of your installation and to enable us to offer a 2 year workmanship guarantee.

Our installers follow rigorous health and safety guidance with full public liability insurance.

*Our Wickes-approved installers are third-party contractors. We vet and approve all installers and their projects prior to their instruction.

Can I have underfloor heating installed?

Yes, we can install underfloor heating with your new tiles and with most flooring.

What does our internal doors installation service include?

Our door installation service is available with both kitchen and bathroom installations.

Your installation quote includes removal of the existing door and installation per door of three hinges, door handles and mortice latch: the door will need to be purchased from Wickes but hardware items can be purchased from a third party.

Door linings, architrave, door accessories and skirting can also be installed and your Design Consultation will discuss all your project requirements before giving you a quote.

Prior to your installation, your Wickes-Approved Installer* will contact you to introduce themselves and arrange a detailed technical survey to check that everything is in order.

Are there any internal doors we can’t install?

Unfortunately we do not fit into locations which require a fire door to be installed such as:

• Between a house and connected garage

• Doors connecting to a stairwell in a house with 3 or more habitable floors
