How do I sign up?

You can sign up to Wickes TradePro by downloading and registering via the Wickes TradePro app, or signing up in-store, online or by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0330 123 9984

What will you do with my ID?

Once we have received your details and two forms of ID, we will verify your application and if approved will send your unique customer barcode to use in-store and your online discount code to use on our website.

I’m no longer receiving marketing communication emails or post

No - as long as you activate your account online, you’ll then be able to access and use your online discount whenever you shop.

How do I access my online discount code in the TradePro App?

From the 26th June you'll need to log out of the app and then download the latest version and login with your TradePro email address and mobile number. You're online discount will then be available in the app. Visit the Google Play store or the App Store to complete this process.

How do I use my TradePro discount online?

To use your TradePro discount online you will need to activate your online account. You will have received an email to complete this process and select a password shortly after being approved to join the TradePro scheme.

If you have not yet selected a password (and are a TradePro member) visit the login page and click the "forgotten your password" link to reset and choose a new one. You will need to use the email address you provided when registering to join TradePro. Once you've selected a new password then just login to your account and use your unique code at the checkout to redeem your discount.

As a valued TradePro member we want to give you the prices, service and recognition you deserve. We have listened to our members' feedback and have recently improved the experience of accessing and using the TradePro discount when shopping on our website.

What are the improvements being made to the scheme?

Previously, to use your TradePro discount online, TradePro members had to register with Wickes again for an online account and then wait for their unique code to be supplied.

Feedback from TradePro members highlighted the difficulties in accessing the online discount, so we’ve take steps to improve the experience and make it easier and simpler to access and use your discount online.

I’m an existing member, so what do I need to do?

If you are an existing member of TradePro you will have received an email on 26th June with instructions on how to use your existing TradePro account online.

You'll need to choose a password to activate your existing TradePro account online. You'll then be able to use your unique code whenever you shop on our website - just login and apply your code at the checkout.

To access your unique online code just download and log into the latest version of the app with your TradePro email address and mobile number. To download the latest version of the app visit the App Store or Google Play. If you subscribe to TradePro emails you will also be able to access your online code here (just open an email and scan to the bottom to access your voucher).
