Approved forms of ID

Make sure you’ve got proof that you work in the trade (like a business card), as our discounts are exclusively for trade customer s and you’ll need them to sign up. We accept the following ID:

  • Trade business website
  • Checkatrade profile
  • Facebook trade business page
  • Mybuilder profile
  • Business card
  • Letterhead
  • Compliment slip
  • Ltd company: Company Registration Number (CRN) / VAT no.
  • PLC: Registration number


1.1 - By registering and taking part in Wickes TradePro you confirm that you accept these T&Cs and that you agree to comply with them. These T&Cs along with our privacy policy ( shall govern Wickes TradePro.

1.2 - To become a member of Wickes TradePro, you must be a registered Tradesperson and be resident in the United Kingdom.

1.3 - Being a Wickes TradePro member means you will get a 10% discount to use whenever you shop in-store or online. There is no minimum spend. Just present your barcode discount in-store or use your online code at the checkout page when shopping online.

1.4 - The Wickes TradePro discount does not apply to purchases of Gift Vouchers, or Delivery charges.

1.5 - The Wickes TradePro discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount vouchers, codes or coupons. There is a limit of one barcode per customer, per transaction.

1.6 - The Wickes TradePro Discount can be used on TradePro Member’s purchases of Showroom Kitchens and Bathrooms, but must be claimed in person and cannot be passed on to other customers.

1.7 - If your barcode is damaged or not clearly displayed, it will not be accepted in store. Your Wickes TradePro membership and barcode cannot be used or transferred to any other person, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1.8 - To sign up, you must register your details with us, including your name, address, mobile number and email, and provide two forms of ID (details of approved forms of ID can be found on the TradePro webpage - Once we have received your details and two forms of ID, we will verify your application and if approved will send your unique customer barcode. We reserve the right to reject your application in our sole discretion.

1.9 - You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us when you open your account or any time after that by unsubscribing via email, SMS, or calling Customer Services on 0330 123 9984. By opting out of marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications from us which are necessary for operating your Wickes TradePro membership.

2.0 - We reserve the right to vary or amend these T&Cs from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of such changes. If you continue to take part in Wickes TradePro following any such changes you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended T&Cs.

2.1 - We reserve the right to cancel, change or withdraw Wickes TradePro and/or the Wickes TradePro discount at any time without notice.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up to Wickes TradePro by downloading and registering via the Wickes TradePro app, or signing up in-store, online or by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0330 123 9984

What will you do with my ID?

Once we have received your details and two forms of ID, we will verify your application and if approved will send your unique customer barcode to use in-store and your online discount code to use on our website.

I’m no longer receiving marketing communication emails or post

How do I use my TradePro discount online?

To use your TradePro discount online you will need to activate your online account. You will have received an email to complete this process and select a password shortly after being approved to join the TradePro scheme.

If you have not yet selected a password (and are a TradePro member) visit the login page and click the "forgotten your password" link to reset and chose a new one. You will need to use the email address you provided when registering to join TradePro. Once you've selected a new password then just login to your account and use your unique code at the checkout to redeem your discount.
