We’ve designed our installation service to make the fitting of your new kitchen or bathroom as quick and simple as possible. Our experienced team of Approved Installers are experts at bringing dream kitchens and bathrooms to life, so you can sit back and relax whilst we take care of everything on your behalf.

We offer a ‘complete room’ solution
Our kitchen and bathroom installation service includes all the different aspects involved in fitting your new
room. From gas and electrics to lighting and flooring, we’ll take care of it – saving you the time and trouble of finding different tradespeople. Please ask your Design Consultant for more details.
We provide a personal, end to end service
Your personal Design Consultant will be on hand throughout your installation, so you’ll have the same contact at all times. Together with our Customer Service team, they’ll make sure everything goes smoothly, from the design stage through to putting the finishing touches to your room. Meanwhile, your Installer will be on hand to answer your questions and provide information as they bring your plans for your new kitchen or bathroom to life.

The installation process
Step 1: Your survey
After you’ve chosen your new kitchen or bathroom, you’ll be introduced to your Wickes Installer. They’ll carry out a detailed technical survey and discuss any gas, electrical or plumbing work that needs doing. Once your Installer has a full understanding of everything that’s required for your installation, we’ll agree a start date with you.
Step 2: Your delivery
After your start date has been agreed, our Customer Service Team will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for your new kitchen or bathroom to be delivered.
Step 3: Your installation
Before starting your installation, we’ll remove your old kitchen or bathroom and dispose of it professionally and in an environmentally-friendly way. We pride ourselves on making sure that over 97% of your waste will be diverted from landfill.
Every project is unique, so how long your installation takes will depend on the amount and type of work that’s required. As noted above, we offer a complete room solution, so you won’t need to worry about finding different tradespeople for jobs such as gas and electrical work, tiling or flooring.
We want you to have the best possible installation experience, so there are a few things we’d like you to consider before we start work. It also offers some useful hints and tips to help you complete your new kitchen or bathroom installation with as little stress as possible.
Step 4: Completion
When we’ve finished installing your dream kitchen or bathroom, we’ll ask you to sign a completion note to confirm that we’ve completed the work to your satisfaction. Shortly after this, our Customer Service Team will contact you to discuss your installation experience and how it went. After a couple of weeks, we’ll check in with you again to make sure your new kitchen or bathroom is still meeting your expectations.
