Shopping at Wickes
At Wickes we put customer safety at the heart of everything we do. But right now, that doesn't just mean goggles, steel toe-capped boots or yellow helmets. It means 2 metre distances, paying by card where possible and safety screens at checkouts. We ask all of you to do it right by following our new safety measures.
Can I cancel my order?
How do I get a refund?
What do I do if my order is late, has failed or has been missed?

Shopping in store
Your safety comes first...
To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, please follow the messaging in store.
At busy times you may be asked to queue outside of the store. Please queue following the floor markings and enter when a staff member tells you.
Follow the messaging in store, and stay at least 2m from staff and other colleagues.
Once you have finished shopping, follow the floor marking signs to the till.
Place the trolley in the designated space and allow the colleague to scan your items.
Please use contactless card payments where possible.
Please help keep our staff safe by wearing a face covering in store.
For your information...
If you are buying large products, please bring a member of your household to assist with carrying.
We are sorry for any inconvenience these measures may cause.
Click & Collect
Collection of your Click & Collect order will usually be available within 1 working hour after you have placed your order.
Occasionally this could take a little longer so please ensure that you have received confirmation that your order is ready before visiting your local store to collect.
As these are particularly busy periods for us, availability may at times be limited and some products may not be available for home delivery where social distancing rules cannot be observed.
We are currently experiencing particularly high volume of demand for home delivery and no longer have availability for Next Day delivery on most lines and locations.

COVID-19 - Safe Ways of Working Risk Assessment
During the COVID-19 emergency and beyond, the safety and wellbeing of our people, our customers and the communities we serve will always be our priority, and remains at the heart of our decision making process here at Wickes, which is part of Travis Perkins plc.
To support the UK Government’s encouragement of construction and building activity as an engine for economic recovery, we have a critical role to play in the supply chain. In order to protect colleagues and customers, and ensure our business can remain open, we have adapted our ways of working, and have been working with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), other Government departments, trade associations and others to develop guidance for colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
We continue to follow the latest official guidance and carefully monitor the COVID-19 situation. We remain committed to working closely with Government, customers and the wider industry to maintain safety and wellbeing.
If anyone has concerns about our safe working arrangements, please raise them with the local manager or email email@example.com
