Shopping at Wickes
Following recent communication across England, Scotland and Wales on current restrictions we wanted to reassure you that in line with Government advice, as an essential retailer, we will remain open; helping keep your homes warm, dry and safe this winter.
The safety of both our customers and colleagues is critical and we wanted to highlight the measures in place to help protect everyone.

We will limit the number of customers in our stores to a maximum of 30 at a time. A queue system will be in place.
Our delivery slots are currently available up to 7 days in advance. We release additional delivery slots daily.
You can place an order using our Click & Collect service and collect your order within 1 working hour.
All confirmed deliveries remain booked in.
Following government direction, our showrooms are currently closed. Use our online showroom tour to browse from home, or book a free virtual design appointment.
All Showroom kitchen and bathroom deliveries and installations are continuing as planned. *Please note, installation restrictions apply within Scotland.
When shopping in store
Face coverings must be worn in store unless exempt.
Follow the messaging in store and stay at least 2m from staff and other customers.
Once you have finished shopping, follow the floor marking signs to the till.
Place the trolley in the designated space and allow the colleague to scan your items.
Please use contactless card payments where possible.
If you are buying large products, please bring a member of your household to assist with carrying.
Collection of your Click & Collect order will usually be available within 1 working hour after you have placed your order.
Occasionally this could take a little longer so please ensure that you have received confirmation that your order is ready before visiting your local store to collect.
Remember to bring your face covering to store when collecting your order.
