At Wickes we put customer safety at the heart of everything we do. But right now, that doesn't just mean goggles, steel toe-capped boots or yellow helmets. It means 2 metre distances, paying by card and safety screens at checkouts. We ask all of you to do it right by following our new safety measures.
Shopping in store
Your safety comes first...
To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, please follow the messaging in store.
Please queue following the floor markings and enter when a staff member tells you.
Follow the messaging in store, and stay at least 2m from staff and other colleagues.
Follow the one-way system we have put in place in store if applicable.
Once you have finished shopping, follow the floor marking signs to the till.
Place the trolley in the designated space and allow the colleague to scan your items.
We are only accepting card payments. Please use contactless where possible.
Please return your trolley to the trolley cleaning station once you have finished with it.

Click & Collect
We are operating a contactless Click and Collect service for our customers which will be operated outside of our stores. Our collection times are a little longer at the moment due to customer demand. Please do not travel to store until you have had confirmation that your order is ready as we will be unable to provide the collection if it is not ready.
As these are particularly busy periods for us, availability may at times be limited and some products may not be available for home delivery where social distancing rules cannot be observed.
We are currently experiencing particularly high volume of demand for home delivery and no longer have availability for Next Day delivery on most lines and locations.
