This Dormer Roof Kit from ClassicBond is an ideal solution for structures where the front edge has a gutter across the width and back edge adjoins a pitched roof. We have included kerb edge trims for the two remaining sides. Designed to be easy to install, look great and have a life expectancy of up to 50 years. EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber membranes will not crack, blister or peel. Ideal solution for re-covering or refurbishing.
