To clean an oven, you first need to remove the oven racks and wipe away any debris like crumbs or burnt food. Then cover the oven with a commercial oven cleaner, ensuring you follow the manufacturer’ safety instructions and are using gloves and eye protection at all times. 

Leave the oven cleaner to soak for the recommended amount of time and then use a sponge to scrub the oven. Using a damp cloth, clean away any remaining oven cleaner and leave the oven to dry before replacing the racks. 

How do you install an electric oven? 

Installing an electric oven is a highly technical task which requires specific knowledge. As the process can pose a serious hazard if installed incorrectly, we recommend that you hire a qualified electrician to install your oven. This will ensure that your oven is properly wired in and safe to use. 

Are built-in ovens a standard size? 

Yes, built-in ovens come in a standard size. The width and depth of built-in ovens typically measures at 54 to 57cm for the width, while the depth is always 59.5cm. However, the height of your built-in oven will vary depending on if you have a compact, single or double oven. Remember to always measure your space before purchasing your oven.
