The YBS Easi-Close Silver Cavity Closer 50/100 is a universal cavity closer, featuring a fully rigid plastic closer with a continuous EPS (expanded polystyrene) carbon infused insulation fill. It can easily be cut using the pre-cut grooves and installed on site meaning it can be used on various cavity sizes. Designed to reduce the risk of thermal bridging within a cavity wall or timber frame and also comes with the benefit of being Building Control Compliant due to the BDA Kiwa Agreement Certificate.
