All products come with a 10-year product warranty.

How are the products delivered?

Crystal Direct deliver all the products on their own delivery fleet. Products are delivered from Letchworth to the customer's home address. All vehicles are fully tracked with live tracking sent via email on the day of your delivery, giving you an accurate delivery time.

Are your windows energy efficient?

As standard, the windows have an energy efficiency rating of A. There is also an option to upgrade to triple glazing, increasing both thermal and noise performance of your windows and doors.

What security options are available?

All the products are fully secure, and there are options to upgrade to PAS24 enhanced security, which would also cover Document Q for building regulations.
