Supplier Delivery - Returns and Cancellations

Products delivered directly from our suppliers are excluded from our 30 day refund policy and instead have a reduced returns period of 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order or to return a faulty product; as specified in our Returns & Refunds policy.
