Features & benefits
  • Tongue and groove design for rapid and easy installation
  • The longer side of the boards should be laid at 90 degrees to the joist and the ends of the boards should always meet on a joist. Floor board joints should also be staggered which will add strength to the total floor area
  • Boards should be fixed with screws at every joist. To ensure screws do not sit above the floor they should be countersunk and a pilot hole should also be drilled into the floor board which will make the fixing of the floor easier
  • Do not fit two ends of the boards between joists (over a void) as this could cause the boards to sag and potentially break if walked on as well as being a weak area in the floor design
  • Butt joints must be positioned in the centre of joists
  • Using nails rather than screws could potentially cause an issue with the ceiling and plasterboard area below your floor due to excessive hammering
  • This product is responsibly sourced and is E1 emissions compliant
