Universal Wall Plugs
The World No. 1 UNO®
UNO® are widely used plastic plugs that are designed to hold light objects (lighter loads in drywall and other hollow materials, and higher loads in solid walls, such as concrete, bricks and blocks).
Refining the world's first wall plug, invented by our founder, John Rawlings, Rawlplug proudly offers the quintessential range consisting of five sizes (5, 6, 7, 8, 10mm) with unique exterior ridges and flange to ensure they sit flush in pre-drilled holes.

Tap-It Hammer-In Low Profile Fixing
Rawlplug 'Tap-It' are driven metal fixings designed for simple hammer-in installation. What makes these special is that you can uninstall them without harming the substrate, leaving less of a visible mark.
Corrugated tip and introductory thread make installation quick and easy, whilst the flat expanding design allows a level, anti-rotation, fix.

Self-Drilling Wall Plugs (Nylon & Metal)
Rawlplug self-drilling plasterboard fixings for light loads are designed to simplify the installation process. Threaded like a screw, they can easily screw into soft materials such as plasterboard, using a screwdriver or electric drill.
Once inserted, a screw is driven into the fixing, which expands and secures the fixings in place.

Spring Toggles
Rawlplug spring toggles consist of a POZI headed metric screw with spring-loaded wings. They are effective when used in substrates with cavity as the wings spread open, over a wider surface area to provide higher load capacity.
A spring toggle is inserted into a pre-drilled hole, as the screw is tightened, wings open behind the surface to provide a secure fit.

Metal Cavity Anchor (Brolly)
Rawlplug 'Interset', also known as hollow wall anchors, are designed for plasterboard with cavity. To be seated correctly you should use a setting tool, which squeezes the sleeve, allowing it to open like a brolly.
The fixing remains securely in place without the machine screw, perfect for eg. TV brackets, which can be remounted.

Solid Wall Fixings
Nylon Hammer-In Fixings
Rawlplug 'FX' hammer fixings are pre-assembled with a protruding POZI screw in a high-performance nylon sleeve.
The sleeve is inserted into a pre-drilled hole and the protruding screw is hammered in. This action expands the fixing, securing it in the substrate. The POZI head and threaded screw enables the fixing to be removed.

Nylon Frame Fixings
Rawlplug 'FF' frame fixings are used when fitting windows and doors, either in new properties or replacing existing ones.
They come pre-assembled (similar to Hammer Fixings). Once you have your window or door frame in place, the fixing is inserted into the pre-drilled hole and the protruding screw is driven into the sleeve, expanding the plug and securely fastening the frame to the masonry.

Frame Screws/Concrete Screws
Rawlplug 'WHO' frame screws are specially designed to be screwed directly into pre-drilled masonry.
The hole size is clearly labelled on the packaging to enable the screw to cut into masonry for a secure fix.
Impact drivers are recommended to install frame screws, as they require high torque on installation.

Self-Tapping Screwbolt
Rawlplug 'R-HLX' concrete screwbolts are similar to frame screws in the way they work, but feature a Hex head like a bolt. They also have a coarser thread and are generally used for more heavy duty applications such as bolting steel constructions to concrete, eg: steel hand rails, staircases, etc.
The screwbolt fits into pre-drilled holes - the correct drillbit sizes are clearly labelled on the packaging to ensure secure installation. Simply drive the screwbolt into the wall using an impact driver or wrench until tight.

Mechanical Anchors
Rawlbolt® Shield Anchors
Rawlplug wall bolts and sleeve anchors work in a very similar way to wall plugs, but used for heavy duty applications and heavy loads.
They are made from zinc plated steel and are extremely robust and suitable for outdoor use.
The metal sleeve expands as the bolt is threaded deeper into the fixing, which securely fixes the bolt in place.
