Modular and prefabricated solutions

Modular and prefabricated construction methods are becoming more popular due to their efficiency and cost effectiveness. Mordor Intelligence predicts that the UK’s prefabricated buildings industry is expected to grow over 6% annually between 2025 and 2030.

Modular homes and extensions can be assembled quickly, minimising disruption and labour costs. Advances in design offer greater customisation, allowing homeowners to personalise their spaces quickly and easily. Prefabrication in controlled environments ensures high quality standards and reduces material waste, and therefore costs. Modular homes and extensions can be constructed up to 50% faster than traditional methods and generate up to 90% less material waste.

Outdoor kitchens

The outdoor kitchen market has experienced significant growth due to the increasing demand for outdoor living spaces and the desire for extended entertaining options.

According to Grand View Research, the market is projected to grow 9.5% annually from 2025 to 2030.

Outdoor kitchens with built-in barbecues, sinks, and storage are becoming essential features for homes that prioritise entertaining and outdoor living. They offer a unique and enjoyable cooking and dining experience in outdoor environments. Advancements in technology have led to the development of smart outdoor kitchen appliances. These include voice-activated grills, automated lighting systems, and integrated refrigeration units, which enhance the cooking and entertaining experience outdoors.
