  • The delivery will arrive separately to the rest of your order.

  • Simply select the click & collect option when adding items to your basket.
  • We’ll send you a text when your order is ready to collect. You’ll need to show your order confirmation (either printed or on your mobile), together with the payment card used. If someone is collecting on your behalf, they must have a copy of your order confirmation email and photographic ID, such as a valid driver's licence.
  • Your order will be held at your chosen store for 24 hours. If you don’t collect if after this time, we’ll contact you. After 5 days, we may cancel and refund your order.
  • If you have paid by PayPal, please bring a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or on your phone), together with a photographic ID, such as a valid driver’s licence.

Big & bulky delivery

Available from £30. Required for items such as Sand, Cement, Timber and Sheet Materials.

Big & bulky delivery
  • We offer a 6 day a week delivery service on ‘Big and Bulky’ items like Sand, Cement, Timber and Sheet Materials. Delivery address must be within a 10 mile radius of a Wickes store.
  • Order before 5pm and we’ll aim to deliver the next working day, or on a day of your choice.
  • Subject to available lorry space and item lead time.
  • We deliver Monday to Saturday between 7am and 6pm.
  • You’ll be able to choose your delivery day at the checkout.
  • Some heavier products have a 7 working day lead time. We’ll always contact you by text or phone to confirm your delivery day.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Most of our products are standard next-day delivery. If it's not 'Big & Bulky' or 'Supplier Delivered', it's 'Standard'.

Most of our Standard Products are available for next day delivery.

You can order right up to 5pm and still get your product delivered next day.

Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 5pm but is subject to stock availability and available delivery slots in your area.

We deliver between 7am-6pm. You can request an AM delivery for only £5 extra.

You can request a Saturday delivery for only £5 extra (if you order by 5pm Friday).

All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days of when we receive your payment and will give you the option to either wait for the products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or trades persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.

We are not able to process orders or deliver on UK Bank Holidays and Sundays.

All orders will be delivered to a single address. For security reasons your first order using a credit/debit card for the first time when placed online or by phone will need to be delivered to the cardholder's address. Subsequent orders can then be made to an alternative address.

To minimise inconvenience we will, wherever possible, try to make one single delivery to you. This means that if your order contains a mix of products with different delivery lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the whole order. When you place an order containing a mix of products including 'Supplier Delivered' items, one single delivery will not be possible as 'Supplier Delivered' products are delivered direct from the supplier.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery. We may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges.

Due to insurance guidelines, our delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences. Delivery will be to the kerbside of the delivery address. The recipient of the products is responsible for any additional lifting once the delivery has been made.

Risk of loss and damage in the products will pass to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date on which we make our first attempt to deliver them to you.

When can Wickes deliver items?

Monday to Thursday before 5pm we deliver Next Day between 7am to 6pm

If you place your order

Thursday 5pm to Friday before 5pm we deliver following Monday between 7am to 6pm

If you place your order

Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm we deliver following Tuesday between 7am to 6pm

Other stuff you need to know

We will always try and send your complete order in one delivery. This means that if you have ordered a mixture of 'Standard' and 'Big & Bulky' products, we will wait until your complete order is ready before dispatching it.

However, if your order includes 'Supplier Delivered' products these will always be delivered separately, direct from the supplier. We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots. Deliveries will be within the timescales mentioned above. For more information, read our Delivery Terms & Conditions.

Products purchased in store

Within 30 days of receipt, any unused product can be returned at your expense for a full refund or exchange. Bring it to any of our branches, or contact our Customer Service team on 0330 123 4123 or at for advice. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.

Please note that:

  • No refunds or exchanges can be given on Bespoke / Made to Measure Goods or Special Order Goods.
  • Wickes Kitchen & Bathroom only stores are unable to accept returns for products purchased in other stores.
  • Refunds can not be given on
    1. The purchase of Gift Cards
    2. Out of date products
    3. Perishable Items (Plants, Turf etc)
  • If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

As a consumer you may have additional legal rights and this policy does not affect these rights.

Returns via courier

To arrange for a product to be collected please e-mail or telephone us on 0330 123 4123 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection of the product by our nominated carrier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service, which will be equal to the standard delivery charge applicable to the product and your location. All refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 days and will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
