What temperature should a wine cooler be?

Wine coolers should be kept at a consistent temperature; however, the ideal temperature will change depending on your selection of wines. For red wine, the ideal storage temperature is between 12°C and 19°C, whereas white and sparkling wines should be stored at between 8°C and 12°C. If your wine cooler contains a mixture of red and white wines, you should keep your fridge at around 12°C.
