- Worktop oil which penetrates deep into the wood structure leaving a tough, water and stain resistant surface. Ideal for kitchen work surfaces as the wood is protected (1mm deep) if the top is scratched or marked.
- WOCA oil is safe for food contact, all constituents are FDA approved (American Food & Drug Agency) for direct contact with food
- The penetrating system gives a natural appearance and highlights the natural grain structure of the wood and enhances the wooden worktops while protecting the wood from within
- Once oiling and polishing has occurred it is essential to ensure all excess oil is removed from the surface using a cotton cloth or the surface will remain sticky as the oil will not fully cure and harden.
- WOCA worktop oils are designed to have a natural matt finish to replicate the appearance of natural wood.
- Being a penetrating oil is possible to treat small localised areas such as around the sink where more protection against water is required. It is not necessary to oil the full worktop every time.
- If your wooden worktop is marked or lightly scratched a fresh coat of oil will make these micro scratches disappear.
