What do I do if I already have a fuel card with Motia (formerly Fuel Card Services)?

Contact your account manager or email wickesfuelcard@motia.com and we’ll apply the Wickes card discount to your next renewal. We’ll also give you a free account review to ensure you get the most out of your account.

How does payment with a fuel card work?
  1. Fill up your vehicle and pay with your fuel card (like with any other card)
  2. Your HMRC compliant invoice will arrive the following week
  3. Invoice collected via direct debit the week after
How/when is the reward offer applied to the price?

The discount will be applied to your last invoice for the first month.

What if I have switched to electric?

You should still get in touch - we have several electric options (TradePro Rewards discount does not apply to electric fuel cards).

Can I have more than 1 fuel card?

Yes, you can have as many cards as you like (each card will be £6 + VAT with your TradePro Reward discount).

What happens next?

Your application will now be handed to credit, and we will keep you informed of the outcome via email.
