A gabion is a structure made of wire mesh or woven baskets which is filled with rocks or other suitable materials. Gabions are used for various applications like erosion control, retaining walls, and landscaping. Gabion baskets provide stability and strength to these structures.
To edge a lawn, you can use plastic edging, metal edging, or timber edging. Simply install the chosen edging material along the desired border of the lawn with fixing pegs, ensuring it’s securely anchored into the ground, to create a defined and neat edge.
Start by digging a narrow trench along the path's desired edge. Then, insert edging material such as metal, plastic, or wood into the trench, ensuring it is level and secure. Finally, backfill the trench with soil or gravel to hold the edging in place.
