To use your 10% membership discount in store, simply present your personalised discount barcode located within the app at the till.

When shopping online or via the app, your TradePro discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

To use your TradePro discount online or via the app you just need to login to your account on wickes.co.uk or via the app and then your TradePro discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

You'll need to reset your password and then login to your account to use your discount. Visit our Sign in or Register page and click the forgotten password link to get started. Then follow the instructions to reset your password and login.

You can check the status of your order with our handy tool to track its location whilst it is on its way to you.

You can order repeat supplies in two places.

You can add products to your basket from your saved project lists and it will advise you if the products are not available.

You can also view and buy again previous orders from your order history, in the My TradePro Account section. By selecting “View Order Details” on previous orders, it will show all the details of that previous order, and there will be a “Buy Again” button that will add all products to your basket. Please note that if you previously purchased by Click & collect, the specific store you purchased the product from may not have sufficient stock and may not be available.

Please check that you are using the email address you used when filling out your TradePro application and that you have activated your account by logging into your online account via the website first.
